Come and engage with researchers from the University of Alberta who are currently conducting a carbon sequestration study lead by Dr. Richard Teague at multiple farms throughout the province, Greener Pastures Ranching being one of them. Steve Kenyon, an entertaining and informative rancher, speaker, educator and writer will also be on hand to share and demonstrate different production practices that have been put into play at Greener Pastures Ranching. Steve will also be speaking on topics such as; soil health, weed management and rotational grazing.
This day promises to be full of pastures; information on water systems, fencing ideas, grazing management, direct marketing and of course soils!

We will be starting at one of Greener Pastures Ranching’s pastures. Head west on Hwy 651 through Busby towards RR 13 and watch for signs. The entrance to our starting pasture will be on the south side of the highway.
